The primary objective of Virginia Tech Child Welfare Advocacy Services (VTCWAS) is to provide expertise in the review of child welfare cases and to file applications on behalf of children with disabilities.
VTCWAS has established an effective protocol for the screening of cases for SSI, submitting applications, and for montitoring the status of specific cases.
VTCWAS is also helpful in establishing relationships with foster care programs and local social services agencies. The forms below can assist with technical aspects of the contracting process.
